What to Arrange Before Your Appointment

Most condo buildings in Toronto are easy to work with. Here's what we recommend you do before your appointment:

• Let building security or concierge know — a quick call the morning of your appointment is usually enough. Most buildings are fine with it, especially for interior work.
• Arrange visitor parking for our vehicle — we'll need a spot close to yours to unload equipment. Many buildings have visitor parking we can use for the duration of the detail.
• Check if your building allows steam cleaning — most do, as it produces minimal moisture. If there's any uncertainty, call us and we'll advise on the best approach for your building.
• Clear your parking spot of any stored items — bikes, boxes, holiday decorations stored around your car should be moved to give us full access to all doors.
• Remove personal items from your car — valuables, papers, child seats, anything in cup holders or door pockets should come out before we arrive.

• Book on a weekday morning — less building traffic, easier parking for our van, quieter garage
• Let your neighbours know if possible — especially for longer jobs like ceramic coating (6–10 hours)
• Reserve your spot the night before if your building allows it — some residents put a pylon or chair down to make sure no one parks in their spot before the appointment
• Make sure the garage has enough clearance — our equipment van needs standard parking garage height (7–8 ft minimum). Almost all Toronto condo garages have this
• For ceramic coating, confirm you can leave the vehicle in the spot for the full day — curing begins after application and the car shouldn't move for at least 12 hours
